Alvaro Moreno "Libre": the precision of pad printing on curved surfaces

Some designs are born to break the mould, and the bottle for the fragrance "Libre" by Alvaro Moreno is a clear example. With organic lines and curved surfaces that evoke movement and freedom, this container presented a demanding technical challenge: how to apply a sharp, balanced brand mark onto a non-flat base?

The adaptability of pad printing

For this male perfumery project, at Serigrafia Portal we opted for the pad printing technique. Unlike other methods, this technology allows us to achieve:

  • Total adaptation: The silicone pad acts as a flexible stamp that adapts perfectly to the undulations and curvatures of the glass without deforming the logo.
  • High-definition fine lines: We have achieved high-definition printing for both the robust "Alvaro Moreno" typography and the light, hand-drawn stroke of the word "Libre".
  • Chromatic uniformity: The deep blue remains consistent across the entire graphic, contrasting beautifully with the crystal-clear transparency of the glass.

Minimalism and freshness

This success story is an ode to well-executed simplicity. The packaging seeks to convey a sense of freshness and purity. Our technical intervention ensures that the decoration complements this clean aesthetic without overcrowding it, ensuring optimal adhesion and long-lasting durability.

As with all our production at our facility, we work with responsible processes and high-quality materials to offer results that integrate into the circular economy and environmental respect.

Do you have a container with complex or irregular shapes? Our expertise in pad printing is the key to an impeccable finish.
