These tests ensure that the decoration maintains its appearance and performance even when exposed to alcohols, essential oils, chemical agents, and thermal sterilization in autoclaves.

Using a high-precision line-scan camera, the system inspects every bottle in real time, analysing it point by point to identify even the slightest defect or irregularity. Final Inspection
Once production is complete, we carry out a final visual inspection under controlled lighting conditions to identify micro-defects, particles or scratches before final packaging, providing an additional quality check against industry standards.
